Gas/LP Fireplace w/frame – $3,400 (Fairbanks)

We have a new, never used, fully complete Gas or LP fireplace that can be installed stand alone or as an insert.

The Brand is Montigo and it was purchased in Fairbanks years ago (possibly from Altrol?). It was never installed and we have all the parts and books, still packed. Includes a wall exit flu, see pictures.

This is not just for show, it has active fans and heat output.
Similar product, in town, new would run well over $7k. We are asking $3400 O.B.O.

Call with questions or to come see it. #in pictures and reply button.

Thanks for looking!
